Caterer
All Occasion's Catering (aka Bubb's Big Style Barbecue) (A) (Big Bend) DH & I attended a wedding where we had the pleasure of trying out this company's food. We were so impressed, that we made an appointment with them right away. The owner, "Mark" was so nice. He answered all our questions (even my redundant ones) and was very kind to let us extend the buffet service. (We wanted to make sure that the food would be out long enough for people to grab seconds.) The staff was very prompt, professional, and invisible when they needed to be (like during the ceremony.) Mark really works with you. He let me pick and choose a lot from different menus- so we kind of made our own. They are very reasonable! Our main dish was the German Pig Roast (they roast it on site!) And even though the corn on the cob wasn't in season, it was still good. (KatoNorway)
Gaylord Catering, A Madison, WI The food was amazing and DH and I loved the service that we got. We had two tastings with them and they really catered to what we wanted. They showed up on time the day of and from what my DOC told me, they were great to work with the day of. (Beckster5551)

Dan was absolutly fantastic! His staff was so quick and invisable to my guests that most didn't even know he was already gone after clean up! The food was raved about and even my new husband who hates green beans ate all of his green bean casserole! Coming from a family that owns a restaurant, I was a bit nervous but we've heard nothing about how great it all was, some guests even going up for seconds! Couldn't have been happier! Gooseberries Market/Courtyard Catering- Burlington WI (A)
I tasted some Gooseberries cake at a bridal show and loved it so we went for our consultation. Chef Mike was very friendly and was really helpful with the menu. We ended up choosing him over another Racine caterer that came highly recommended because we got along with him so well and he seemed to guide us well. All of our guests raved about the food! We had a pear and gorgonzola salad (excellent and so much better than a typical dinner salad you usually get at weddings!), rolls, chicken parmesean, carved ham (H really loved the ham with chutney), a vegetable ragu the puff pastry top that was awesome!! They provide coffee and milk which was important to our family. They also did our appetizers at the park for just the cost of the appetizers---no additional travel fee despite the second location. We had mini chicken cordon bleu, and polenta triangles---both of which were also raved about! I am a vegetarian and they did a great job of finding something for our buffet that wasn't a pasta dish--that's all I ever get at weddings so I was set on NOT having pasta! Vegetarians and meat eaters loved the veggie ragu. The staff was VERY helpful all night. And the best thing was that during our tasting I loved the squash they made for us but I was out-voted for having it as part of the buffet. Chef Mike made me my own special dish of the squash for the reception and it was excellent! :) We ended up going over budget on food (around $24/plate) but you can do buffets around $18/plate so they can work with you on price. It was well worth what we paid!

Amazing!!! I have never tasted anything so good! I stuffed myself both at my tasting and my wedding. Everyone was raving about how good it was. Everything is homemade, right down to the salad dressings! Even the bread and butter was unique and delicious. Also the presentation was great (we did a buffet) and everyone was a pleasure to work with. They really bent over backwards to make everything perfect. I can't say enough good things about this company!! (newmrsdayton)

Odd caterer choice? Perhaps, but the food was fantastic. On a whim I asked the owner Sean if he would caterer "normal" food for a wedding. (by normal I mean something other than pizza) We explained to him that we wanted heavy tapas for our guests, and he came up with the most wonderful menu. He created a wide variety of food including marinanted pork skewers, beef pie (my husband is English), artichoke dip, etc etc. It was amazing, our guests are still commenting, and hedid it all within our very small budget. He was awesome. I highly suggest you eat not only his pizza, but consider him as your caterer. HIGHLY reccommended! (MissBNicole)
Zilli's Hospitality Group
Despite venue changes, head count changes and last minute requests, they were absolutely on the ball. The food was fantastic and the catering staff was great. We had them do a side-by-side comparison with another caterer we were considering, but Zilli's had the best price, and comparable quality. They also took care to make sure we knew our event was just as important to them as it was to us. They knocked it out of the park. (jennya.esq)

While the food was a bit expensive we got a deal because we booked this place only 4months ahead of time. You have to have Zilli as your caterer, no choice there but its definitely worth every penny! The food was great. Everyone was excited that we had a buffet and they could eat a lot. The bar was also always stocked and the bar tenders and waiters had fun and even danced with the guests!
